These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between Veljko Vasić, sole proprietor of CelebrityPetAI ("we," "our," "us") and the customer ("you," "your"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

CelebrityPetAI allows users to upload pet photos and generate AI-created images and edits. Purchases provide credits that can be redeemed for new images or edits.

2. Eligibility & Use Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You may not use the Service to generate human content (images of people, likenesses, or human characters). Doing so will result in account termination and forfeiture of credits.
• You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Service.

3. Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of uploaded photos.
• By uploading, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, modify, and create derivative works for providing the Service.
• AI-generated images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Contact us for commercial licensing.

4. Payments & Delivery

• Some features require payment or subscription.
• Each credit equals one AI-generated image or edit.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller "___________". "___________" is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. "___________" provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for damages, losses, or misuse of generated content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, with disputes resolved in Belgrade courts.
